Dark Corners characters are designed using standard FATE3/SOTC rules, with up to 10 aspects, but a 1x4, 2x3, 3x2, 4x1 skill pyramid, and 4 stunts. Characters should be built in the following 5 phases; in each phase, the give the character up to 2 aspects, and up to 4 skills. Stunts and any remaining skills can be assigned after the last phase.
